We've been to St. David's twice since they opened in December 2025. This facility is a fully equipped emergency department, not an urgent care (there is a St. David's urgent care just down the road). As with our experiences at the Round Rock Medical Center, the staff is excellent and is very engaged in delivering the best care to patients. Wish I could give zero stars. Met Cassandra of which she had an attitude, told me to pee and poop at her command after I explained my difficulties doing so. Also, told me to leave the emergency room and go to another one, all because I asked about potential major harmful consequences to my health. Even had to ask for a water bottle to attempt to do the pee test, of which I did not, as I figured it would be best to just leave. Go in with pink eye, and the Dr. prescribed over-the-counter dry eye eye drops.
I was the only one there when I arrived. Someone came from the back to checkme in within 1-2 minutes. I had unexamined, x rays and my broken wrist set within an hour.
I would give them - stars. Chack in unattended i stood over 15 minutes for an emergency. Guess what no body showed up at the counter. When we walked in it was a young woman waiting also then she left i guess she was very dissappointed also . If you are not ready to provide a service just not open it.
