*Visit was 11/03/2025* Longhorn medical is a joke. Failed multiple times to send an itemized receipt, just one big generic bill. When I had my visit the nurse were heard around the corner being unprofessional and on top of that nothing was even done to me. In and out in 10-15 minutes with a 1k bill.(I got a shot for nausea) Highly recommend never going to this hospital, urgent care treats you better than this place. Extortion at its finest.

Everyone at St. David’s from the check-in desk to when I left a few hours later was so friendly and helpful. They explained everything as they treated me and consistently checked on me afterwards. They even made a few jokes since they read the room and saw it would help me be less freaked out. Hopefully I won’t be back anytime soon, but 5 stars for St. David’s in Leander! Thank you for a good experience despite the reasons for being there in the first place.

I have been to many ER’S over the years. This location with the doctors and staff was absolutely the best. Dr. Kendall and his nurse, EMT and staff are absolutely top notch. If I ever have to go to another ER I will definitely consider going back there.

My husband experienced a significant fall where he landed face-first and had a documented loss of consciousness. After the fall, he experienced a seizure, which was very concerning to our family. We requested a CT scan and to our surprise a CT scan of the head was not performed. The staff did not check his eyes for signs of a concussion and only assessed the injury to his lip and finger. Please do not go to this hospital. I’ve been here multiple times, and nearly every visit ended with me needing to go to a different emergency room. During my most recent visit, I was given milk of magnesia and sent home. I went to another ER afterward, where I was told I needed emergency surgery. My experience has been that the focus is on getting patients in and out as quickly as possible instead of providing thorough care. I also found the staff to be unprofessional.
