most caring people I’ve ever met. Labor and Delivery staff were incredible and quick when it came to delivering my twins. Staff is by far, the best group of people I’ve met. hey are heros and the work they do is phenomenal.
I wish i could rate it lower. We went to the ER because my daughter had her tongue blue ( she was 6 months and this was on June). We stayed there from 11PM to 3AM they did labs, check her oxygen and they couldn’t give us an answer on why her tongue was blue. They send us home saying “she’s fine, we don’t know why her tongue is blue”. But they send us 2 bills, one a couple months after this for $800 ish and then a week ago the debt collector is calling again because we had another bill to pay for this same visit for $803. We live in south austin, but made the drive up here.It's where we delivered and where a lot of my friends take their kiddos for pediatric or emergencies. It was this morning at five a m I walked in with my five week old concerned about his breathing as he is getting sick. They immediately brought us back and saw the doctor right away.They kept us to monitor and checked everything. We had a great experience at St. David’s Children’s ER. From the moment we arrived, the staff was attentive, patient, and reassuring. Our nurse, Jasmine (JT), was especially wonderful—she was gentle, kind, and so good with our daughter. She helped us feel at ease during a stressful situation and made sure we understood every step of the process.
