we recently had surgery there and contracted flu from our irresponsible nurse named Sam who was keep coughing to our face with an ordinary mask on thinking that would stop infecting his poor patient. why should a burse with flu report to work? this was so irresponsible. I recommend Dell Children over this place.

I will NEVER bring my children or recommend this ER to anyone! Went to the er last night because my 2 year old’s temp at home read 103.5, when she was triaged the nurse didn’t even allow the machine finish reading her temp just stopped it at 101.5 and put that in the computer even though I had a time stamped photo of the temp I took at home. I’ve been here twice in one week. It probably doesn’t seem like an emergency that my baby has been in so much abdominal pain, but as a mother, I worry and panic for my children. The staff has been extremely nice both times we’ve visited. Even though we were there for long hours, I appreciate the attention and care we received. Overall, I want to thank RN Hannah in the night shift and Dr. J Smith.
