The service is terrible here. I am always seeing as no matter what number I come in as and I do believe it is based on ethnicity. The service is always rude. They need a true audit when it comes to how they treat patients and based on how they treat patients
**Extremely Disappointed with the ER Service** I took my child to the emergency room at this hospital, expecting prompt and compassionate care, especially since it specializes in children. Unfortunately, we were left waiting for **over 4 hours** with no updates, and this was **on a day when the ER was not even busy**. It's unacceptable for a children's hospital to have such a lack of urgency. No one seemed to care that my child was in pain, and the staff barely acknowledged us during the entire wait. Our past visits to the St David Pediatric ER in the past have all been wonderful. The nurses and doctors were always so caring and professional. However, my most recent visit with my toddler was disappointing to say the least. My kid has been vomiting five times in three hours that evening. The provider Susan Schreffler came into the room with a “why are you here for a small problem like this” look written all over her face.
