The receptionist, Emily was very help and and was curious. She looked up some extra information and was happy to do so. The Technical team, Ryan and Tracy were very good and explained the process and asked if I had any questions. They together, made this a comfortable visit. The other staff were also polite and had smiles and greated people in passing. They took good care and I appreciated their kindness and teamwork.

Day before my imaging appt they send me a bill pay now $1573. I called my insurance UHC they said it'd only cost $395 as they are in-network. Called them back, was transferred 5 times spent over an hour getting passed around and not a single person could explain why they are overcharging me. All they can say is "pay now or you won't get scanned". No thank you, I won't get scammed. Appt cancelled.

I had the best experience this morning! After battling traffic to come in for a 7:30 morning appointment, I couldn't have encountered more pleasant people! The lady at the front desk was most efficient, while being thorough, in checking me in. The whole billing process and forms took a matter of mins. And she was such a joy to talk to (again, for being so early too). Then Laura, the one performing the imaging, was so pleasant and efficient as well! She was also kind and informative. Thank you!
