I am unable to find a way to complain directly so this will do. 2 weeks ago, I walked into my house to find my 18-year-old daughter lying face down on the floor with my wife hovering over her. She was paralyzed. It took us 15 minutes just to get her into a sitting position. She described a blinding headache followed by a total loss of feeling and movement in her arms and legs. I have been to many emerging centers in my life.Time and this by far was the best one.The staff was so polite so professional, very comical in ways, and they made me feel at home and took care of me.I kind of look forward to hurt myself and going back
My husband & I visited this location with the same flu like symptoms. His doctor tested him for strep throat, checked his lungs, etc. & also provided him with a shot to fight off his cold. My doctor (Koroscil Michael A MD ) wrote it off as allergies & did no tests. Definitely depends on the doctor you are assigned. I also saw him leave as I was leaving, so he was likely trying to skate by to get home.
