I was immediately taken care of diagnosed in a very short period of time and transferred to St. Davids Round Rock for surgery. I feel like I was well taken care of, and my needs were immediately addressed. Thank you very much for your service and for being there!
What an absolute lack of empathy. The RN was jabbing me with a catheter before even knowing my name. The other RN barred the doctor from prescribing me pain medication after being told I had a SPINAL FRACTURE. I was literally given a urine cup and left alone in a room, again, after being diagnosed with a SPINAL FRACTURE. I have literally demonstrated more compassion and empathy for a sick chameleon than I received at this facility.
Came in on Friday the 13th(June) with a pretty bad facial laceration from accidentally hitting myself with a gardening scythe. I was seen immediately and Dr. Michael Koroscil did amazing work putting in my stitches. In and out in under an hour and a half. Don’t know if I could’ve asked for better.
Entire visit lasted about 30ish minutes. Seen by Dr. Goodman. Went in for feeling fatigue, lightheaded, Chills & nauseous. Took 2 vials of blood and came back and said everything looked great and diagnosed me with being "tired and fatigue " like you've got to be joking! If I was just tired I'd take my butt to sleep. I have been here three separate times all during late PM - Early AM. The first time I went here things were great however I have never seen the doctor or nurse since. The following two times I had to come in went completely different. The second time I had to come in with my husband after breaking up a dog fight. The doctor on for the night chose to irrigate a dog bite with sterile water over the standard saline. Cost effective yes, but very ridiculously & unnesscary painful.
