Terrible! Don’t let the one star fool you, this place deserves 0 stars! We had the worst experience I have ever had in a medical setting. It’s actually quite appalling and dangerous to have such an unprofessional and inadequate medical staff serving our community.
DO NOT GO HERE !!!! The most horrific emergency room in all of Austin. All of the doctors and most nurses are cold and have no bedside manners, or manners in general. Every single time they treat me as if I am a huge inconvenience. Scoffing and rolling eyes. I thought it was a freakin joke at first the way these people were acting. I don’t care how hurt I am I will gladly drive extra 15 mins to the next one
I had to come in on July 9, 2025 around 1:45 PM, for reference to who was on staff without naming names. While the nurses, the tech who did my CT scan, and the paramedic who placed my IV did a wonderful job, the doctor seemingly not taking my health history into consideration and choosing to state that I was going to end up developing cancer after receiving a mere 6 scans in 3 years was tactless to say the least. I was immediately taken care of diagnosed in a very short period of time and transferred to St. Davids Round Rock for surgery. I feel like I was well taken care of, and my needs were immediately addressed. Thank you very much for your service and for being there!
What an absolute lack of empathy. The RN was jabbing me with a catheter before even knowing my name. The other RN barred the doctor from prescribing me pain medication after being told I had a SPINAL FRACTURE. I was literally given a urine cup and left alone in a room, again, after being diagnosed with a SPINAL FRACTURE. I have literally demonstrated more compassion and empathy for a sick chameleon than I received at this facility.
