Our experience with this hospice company was mixed. Jackie, Amber, and Katie were wonderful—kind, compassionate, and supportive during a very difficult time. They truly made a positive difference for our family. Unfortunately, our experience with Amanda, the RN, was not the same. Communication was lacking, and her demeanor often felt unfriendly, which added stress when clear and compassionate communication was especially important.

I would like to give a big thank you to hospice for being a big part of my husband. They sure made him very comfortable on journey. Special thanks to Kelly and Jazmin. They're were so awesome and very helpful. Taught us a lot and was always there when we had questions. And again thank you so much. I would recommend you guys.

St. Croix Hospice provided care for both of my parents. I cannot say enough positive things about them and our experience. I am a nurse and found all their staff to be so knowledgeable, caring and compassionate. Every single nurse and aide that came out were so outstanding. They made this difficult transition so much easier. The social workers and chaplains were also wonderful. Highly highly recommend.

My mom had a great experience with the nurse Annie, the aid and the Chaplin for in home hospice care for my dad's last few weeks. They were very attentive and helpful and allowed my mom and dad to have their wish of my dad passing at home.

St. Croix has been amazing to work with. I feel that each of the staff that has worked with my family member has genuinely care about his wellbeing. They are always so kind and courteous and really even help the family feel more at ease with care. Thank you St. Croix!
