Everyone is so caring and helpful. Grateful for all that they do.
Hospice nurse Amy H., bath girl jasmine and isaha the hospice guy who set up for us. They were all beyond excellent in their jobs. My grandma was neglected by hospice for the first 36 hours. When your family member comes home on hospice you expect comfort meds to be there. Sadly they were not and she suffered for 36 hours before getting relief. This is unacceptable! She came home Thursday at 3:30pm and did not get meds until Friday at 9:30pm! So disheartening she had to suffer with sats 70 and below on oxygen. The total lack of the whole meaning of hospice convinced me to never refer them to anyone! Please don’t use for your loved one!
My grandma is on hospice as of yesterday at 3:30 pm. As of today at 7pm, over 24 hours later we still have no pain or anxiety meds! My grandma is suffering and has O2 levels in the 70s. Definitely would not recommend! Do better for our loved ones in the dying process. They give her 24 hours and still no meds!
