When I worked there it became toxic,alot of game playing. I left my mother n law stay their after I quit. She had a wonderful aide racheal who was so caring and took her time. She recently got pulled out of the facility to work in another area not far away. They have patients that have kept the aide per family request. They didn't allow this for her or our family. The aide wanted to keep her as well. This mentality is why I quit
