We can't thank the staff of the Oak Creek area St. Croix Hospice enough for the care they provided to our mom prior to her passing. They showed amazing care and compassion. Their kindness was so important to us and gave our mom a dignified end of life. They communicated well and often and we really appreciated everything they did to make those final months easier on our mom and us as well. Thank you for everything - from the Spicy mom and her family.
St. Croix Hospice was a suggestion for my mom who was living in assisted living and starting to show signs of decline with her vascular dementia. Adon - who was mom's primary nurse was ABSOLUTELY EXTRAORDINARY! This guy took care of my mom so well, she would get excited when she knew it was a visit day. It was really cute. They didn’t do anything except make $$ and charge Medicare for a ton of stuff we never needed or used. They were hardly ever there. Never gave us more than a high level pamphlet of stages of death (learned more online), but never a word to family about my mother being hours away from death so I missed it by 6 hrs after spending 30hrs prior.
