I would give St. Croix Hospice zero stars if I could. My mother-in-law, who has dementia, was admitted into St. Croix Hospice in February 2024. We have experienced numerous issues throughout our time with them, but we hesitated to make a change because we did not want to put my mother-in-law or father-in-law through the stress of switching providers if she was still receiving adequate care. Unfortunately, there have been repeated problems with communication and coordination. There were multiple times when my mother-in-law ne... read more

My mother has been under the care of St. Croix Hospice, and unfortunately this has been the most disappointing healthcare experience we have encountered throughout her dementia journey. My mother has Lewy body dementia with Parkinsonism, significant vision impairment, hearing loss, anxiety, and recurring constipation issues. As her medical power of attorney, I rely heavily on communication and care coordination from hospice. Unfortunately, those have been some of our biggest concerns. Communication has been inconsistent, and... read more

My father has been on service for almost a year now. We are down to his final days. The nurses have been good and communicate. Both my parents have become very fond of my dad’s bath aid, Nellie. Harlan is their Pastor, I wasn’t sure how this would go over with both my parents being devout Catholics… yet this man has won them over wit... read more

St. Croix Hospice is wonderful! They’re so very compassionate and caring. They are not only there to handle all their patients needs but there for the families as well. They love each and every one of their patients as if they were their own family.

St Croix Hospice took care of my mother until she passed last month. We could not have asked for better care. They were there taking care of her every need....nursing, massages, music, prayers, setting up respite, supplies, and medications. They were all superior to any other medical staff we encountered. If possible I would give them 10 stars instead of 5. Thank you all so much.
