Great service in the beginning to make you think they care but disappears within a week. Zero communication - when they are held accountable, they go silent. Copy and paste generic care reports in emails - not even seeing the patients. Prescribed so much medication after hospice began under the guise of "comfort" but it's just a way for them to get more money from Medicare. These patients are purely a Medicare cash grab for them.
