St. Croix Hospice is a wonderful hospice company. Their staff is kind and supportive. I have worked with their Care Transition Coordinator, Megan Tosh. Megan is fantastic and a great person to reach out to if you are looking for a hospice company for your loved one.
Katie has consistently demonstrated exceptional care and compassion as a nurse within our community, providing support to both residents and families. Her availability to residents is unwavering, and her remarkable empathy is evident in every interaction. Katie and her team are invaluable assets to our community at Westbury.
Jennifer is AMAZING with my girlfriends grandma. We've only had her twice, and she has mad a huge impact on our family, she really goes above and beyond for her patients. It's like having a BESTFRIEND and a sister all in one. She's truly a blessing to our family.
