I am very grateful for the wonderful team who took care of my mom. Everyone was always helpful, compassionate, knowledgable, and communicated well with all of us. I would highly recommend this hospice company! A very special thank you to my mom's nurse, Jennifer D., for making a very difficult time a little less difficult. She truly was an angel sent by God, who always went over and beyond. My mom truly had the best!

If we could give them 10 stars we would! I cannot say enough about the exceptional care my loved one and our family received from the Lombard Hospice team. From the very first day, every staff member went above and beyond to provide not only medical expertise but also genuine compassion and comfort. Just keep looking for true partner in hospice process! They are good people but lack understanding of how to show up when they say they will. They can’t be trusted to arrive and always complain about being understaffed when they fail to show up. They constantly provide bad information from their social worker and nurses as a veteran and can’t help through VA benefits.
