St. Croix BIG time dropped the ball on providing adequate family and patient support. Even the FIRST consultation the nurse Bailey spent <6 minutes. Didn't check my mom's legs, skin color changes. Was not impressed from day 1. Throughout the month we had them, They gave conflicting info. (Lisa provided stats regarding a low 02, Bailey said "it may be inaccurate". My mother was “in their care” and they allowed my sisters son who isn’t a doctor or nurse or even a medical professional to administer morphine to my completely cognitive mother to sedate her. Claiming pain management. She is dead now.

Pure Evil! My 104 year old mother was transferred to them. In spite of a dozen requests they refused to provide her pain medication for 8 days. The purpose of the transfer from her Chicago hospice was her desperate need for pain medication. I’m her 71 year old daughter with my own health issues- I had no sleep during the 8 days we were assigned to this company. The one person who did show compassion for her severe pain was Jackie the massage therapist Wish I could hire her for my own medical issues.

They were very caring during my father's time in Hospice. My dad told the nurse that he loved her. We had not one issue with them. I would recommend.
