When dropping off samples from home with 24 hours from collection to return... The lab ladys were rude and unhelpful. Telling us that we had to make an appointment. We made the appointment thats why we needed these to get tested. Then didnt offer a writing utensil to finish the information needed on the tube .... if you have a choice to go somewhere else do it. They dont care for your family or your health. Just rude.
My many Doctors there LISTEN TO ME! OPTIONS ARE GIVEN, they refer me else where if they believe I need a different type of Doctor. I am very happy there.
