My daughter moved into these apartments, and everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. I was sitting outside her apartment, waiting for a couch delivery, and the maintenance man came out to ask if he could help me with anything. I would normally be annoyed to be questioned in the middle of the day, but I was grateful that security was tight at a place my daughter would be staying at for the first time.
My family has been renting here since 2022. The property manager, assistant property managers and groundskeeper Dean who lives on site have been nothing but amazing. We have always received prompt help with any maintenance requests and have always felt comfortable reaching out about any questions or concerns. Our neighbors are very friendly, and respect the rules of cohabiting in the same building.
