What talent comes out of this bakery in Hudson! Beautifully decorated subtle environment and miss Olivia was so knowledgeable polite and chatted us up like we had been friends for years! I am so glad we found this gem today!
We had such an amazing experience with St. Croix Baking Company that I had to leave a review. My son absolutely loves the pies here, and the day before his birthday I called hoping there was any chance they could make two special pies for him, a cherry pie and a triple berry pie, even though they were not on the menu for that day.
