Five years ago I bought a house that ST Construction had fixed a foundation problem at. I was told I could renew the warranty from that repair for $250. Last summer I contacted them because I had some major cracks in my walls. Keith came out, took measurements and said he would get back to me. I have called numerous time since them. I finally had a conversation with Keith who said he would get back to me. Again, I have not heard back. Is this a company scam??? I don't think they deserve even one star.
