I’ve lived in two different buildings here, and my experience has really depended on which one I was in. First Complex (915 - 1 bed/1 bath): Overall, I had a good experience for the price. The apartment was decent for college living - affordable, and the basics were covered. The main downside was the noise. The walls are thin, so you’ll hear your neighbors. We had a great experience living here! Rent is very affordable, and the building/units have a very cozy charm to them. Above all though management, and the team here are beyond friendly and so helpful. If we ever needed any help or had questions, Steven was above and beyond!
The rent is very reasonable and walking distance to campus. Recently renovated hallway. Maintenance are quick to resolve if there are any issues and more importantly the manager here is very helpful!
By far the worse apartments I've lived in and that's coming from a college student. Outside of the windows there are a ton of spiderwebs even after spraying, walls are paper thin especially in the hallway (I can hear everything walking past neighbors doors), and the building has a pest problem. Luckily, I did not have to deal with that but I am moving so I won't. On top of that, management is no help and likes to threaten tenets if things are not done her way.
