Stay away! This place is a joke and the buildings have a serious roach problem, especially 825. Every time I would open a cabinet I’d see one scurry away. I Dealt with nothing but headaches the two years I lived here. I was continued to be charged for electricity AFTER I moved out of the unit and AFTER I had power shut off with xcel. How do I know they aren’t in there running up MY bill? Expect that your Amazon packages will get stolen from the building. Good maintenance, comes same day! strategic area next to downtown, banks and restaurants and Lake George. Two mosques nearby. Great price especially with a roommate. 5 star!

I’ve lived in two different buildings here, and my experience has really depended on which one I was in. First Complex (915 - 1 bed/1 bath): Overall, I had a good experience for the price. The apartment was decent for college living - affordable, and the basics were covered. The main downside was the noise. The walls are thin, so you’ll hear your neighbors. We had a great experience living here! Rent is very affordable, and the building/units have a very cozy charm to them. Above all though management, and the team here are beyond friendly and so helpful. If we ever needed any help or had questions, Steven was above and beyond!
