I recommend St. Cloud Subaru to everyone who finds themselves in the market for a new car. Randy our salesman made the transaction fun and did so much to make us happy. Bobby the manager was there to help us get the cars we wanted. Where the other dealerships the manager was obviously there to hold profit Bobby was more interested in doing what he could for us. They got me in and out quickly for my service appointments and when I decided to trade up I was done in about an hour or so and driving away.
We did a deal there, involving buying a 2020 and buying out and keeping a 2019 with two other trade ins. We worked with Jeff Maxwell who was very professional and made the process effortless. We got extremely fair pricing, and felt like our time was valued and the process moved very quickly. I sold cars in California for many years with a very high line clientele and we treated like I would treat all my customers - like I would want to be treated myself. Thank you, Jeff.
This was the second time we’ve attempted to purchase a car from St. Cloud Subaru and now the second time we were flat out lied to about the car we were looking at. Salesman told us the car was ready for us to come sign on an pick up. We made an appointment with the salesman and he called at the time we got into town for the meeting to tell us the car wasn’t ready yet.
