10am-noon window - Awful, disrespectful human being showed up to our residence. We are new home tenants and did not know we had to shut water off. Was shut off in 5 minutes and instead he Did not do his job and left with zero heads up to us. Did not offer to come inside and turn the water off. Never gave us his name, yelled at us about how he has a schedule. Was at the neighbors for 30+ minutes but 5 minutes at our residence was an inconvenience. Great company to work with on anything irrigation. I needed a sprinkler line fixed and they came out in a timely manor and got everything properly. Highly recommend!
