Rented from this company in college, they essentially stole our damage deposit by stacking up odd cleaning charges when we moved out, I think they even sent a bill. Ex: they charged $50 to mow the lawn even though we mowed it the day we moved out. It was a dumpy college house, we cleaned it thoroughly, there were no damages and they charged an insane hourly rate to clean it. If you rent here you better remodel the kitchen before you move out or you ain't getting your damage deposit back.
If I could give a negative star I would. This place is literally a trap for your money. They scam you Out of your own money that you don’t even owe, then continue to blame you for not paying attention and make ZERO effort to accommodate or help resolve a situation. They will never come and fix what needs to be done, then will charge you for those damages at the end of your lease. DO NOT GO THROUGH THESE PEOPLE!!!!!!
