This really is a great old building. It has all of the quirks that you would expect from an old building. The location is great. The stairs are a little steep. Place needs new windows to be more energy efficient. And the management company is pretty good about taking care of things and the rent is reasonable. Great old building but.... management company has gone down they dont take care of the building vary well the one maintenance guy they have Jeremy never Finnishes his work my friends live here and said they cant get work orders taken care of at all. They had another guy who was doing maintenance but it looks like he might of left the company cause we haven't seen him and he was always on the ball
