Most companies are being understanding due to the recent Covid 19 shelter in place restrictions and refunding customers money with these unforeseen circumstances but no, not this company! All they care about is their money, not maintaining a good relationship with their customers! Believe me, I will let everyone I know to avoid your company at all costs! You aren't even ABLE to provide the services we paid a deposit for, yet you are keeping our money. Terrible! Brainerd/St Cloud party bus/St Cloud limos
I hate to leave a bad review, but unfortunately due to covid-19 we had to cancel our bus rental for a bachelorette party in April 2020. Much to our surprise, despite the circumstances, they will not refund our $200 deposit. I wish I was made aware of this “no-refund policy” before my card was charged. There is no such policy listed anywhere on their website either. My advice is to be careful when booking with this company because you will not get your money back, no matter what the circumstance is!

Mark and his team were absolutely amazing on our wedding day. We used them early for photos and late for a shuttle service. They were attentive and took care of us on every aspect. St. Cloud limos played a huge part in our BIG day going perfectly!!
St. Cloud Limos IS THE BEST IN THE BUSINESS!!! We used them for our shuttle service at our wedding. The drivers were FANTASTIC!!! They were prompt in getting our guests from the hotel to our ceremony and even more organized getting them back after the dance ended! The buses were clean and WARM (which can be difficult in December)!!! If you are looking for a reliable shuttle service for any occasion I highly recommend St. Cloud Limos!!!

We used St. Cloud Limos for a shuttle service from our venue to our hotel. Mark was on time and the shuttle bus was super nice, clean, and fun! He made sure the bride and groom made it back after everyone else got shuttled back to the hotel!
Even with a major set back with the limo (no control over set back) he still came through on time with a party bus instead. He was great and couldn’t have been more pleased with his service.
