First visit here on 12/12/25 for my husband’s echocardiogram h🫀. The front desk reception was nice and welcoming. That advised us to complete the paperwork on the counter and would be called. Easy check in process. We were called within 7 minutes which was fast. We were guided into the room by Agnes, the technician performing the echocardiogram. I went to the ER at this facility after a head injury from a fall. As part of the process, I was asked to remove my shirt and change into a gown. After several tests, I was transferred to another facility for additional care. Later, I contacted them to ask about my shirt and was told, “Oh, we throw any clothing away after the room is cleaned.” Seriously? That’s completely unacceptable. What is 24 business hours??? I requested to have my referral sent to a different facility, and the receptionist responded with that unclear explanation about “24 business hours.” That makes it even more frustrating because when dealing with medical referrals, patients need straightforward information—not vague wording that can be easily misinterpreted.
