Smooth and organized. Plenty of time to ask questions of each practitioner.
My check in time for surgery was early in the morning meaning I had to enter in the emergency door however I was quickly directed to check in down the hall! Everything appeared clean and the nurses were very attentive !

I had to wait in waiting room the entire time. I was never taken back to a room. The privacy level was really not there. Although everyone was nice and respectful.
