I went to the ER do to kidney pain, migraine and hallucinations. I in fact have sjogrens syndrome,fibromyaliga and RA which can cause a lot of problems. They are immune disorders. So I get there I take a urine test right away because I knew they needed to check my urine for stones, infection etc. I also have been having hallucinations for 2 days at that point. My daughter was in horrible pain, they just kept shoving pain meds at her, the whole team in the back ER had zero professional mannerisms. They are completely complacent in their jobs. I felt like I was watching a bunch of teenagers in a high school cafeteria. If you need legitimate care dont come here. They said more tests would just keep us here for atleast 2 more hours and they probably wouldn't show anything. When you need answers to your symptoms and are in pain, time is not a issue.

My mom was hospitalized here. There was one doctor who cared for her that made all the difference: Dr Nancy Nam was the absolute most caring, thorough, and most knowledgeable individual on staff. She went above and beyond to understand my mom’s medical issues and face them. She did not rush when she was making rounds or doing discharge. I feel when I recently stayed for 4 days that they didn't address my problem. The Dr's just gave me opinions and sent me home . Still in horrible pain and nothing resolved
