I checked into St Clair for knee replacement surgery from Dr Johnston. Because I live alone, I needed inpatient rehabilitation post surgery. My first choice was the Franciscan Inpatient Rehab facility but because of the assessment of the PT and OT personnel post surgery, I did not qualify. The OT person was not even licensed. She was a student. There is no effective therapy at St Clair. It was 36 hrs before a case manager advised me that I did not qualify for the FIR and gave me a list of 12 skilled nursing/rehab facilities ... read more
The staff was friendly and helpful, polite and knowledgeable.
It was very professional, they found my problem fixed it,something very, very important came up at home, I had to check out shortly after surgery, thanks to there good work I was able to do that. I would like to thank everyone there for saving my life
Staff was very helpful very caring. The experience was great. I would recommend them and I would go to them again.
