They never answer the dam phones, called for over an hour for a friend who had to leave work for a sick child.
Got in quickly each time had to be there; most urgent cares you wait forever. Dr listened to issues, prescribed what was needed, and got me out quickly. If you’re looking for someone to hold your hand and talk your ear off- go to your family dr, but this urgent care is perfect for getting in and out without the bs.
Said they were open until 6 pm.. showed up at 5 and they were closed.
says online they are open from 5-10pm. when you call their phone number says they are open 5-10pm. drive over 20 min out of my way cause office said they opened at 5pm. get here at 530.... no one here, how can an urgent care just be open wherever they want. there are hours of operation for a reason!!
They are never there...kind of a joke. No matter what time of day you call or stop... No one there.
