Absolutely useless. I went here for a possible muscle tear yesterday because the website says they treat sprains and extremity injuries, and didn’t want to jam up the ER with something non life-threatening. After I had already paid my copay and got into the room, the imaging tech told me, “you know we don’t have any types of scans besides x-rays, so we really won’t be able to tell you what’s wrong with your leg.” No, I wouldn’t have known that since this is an urgent care, and the website would lead one to believe otherwise…... read more
Terrible experience. Front lady was rude and unapologetic. Sat there in the waiting room for two hours. Don’t waste your time here.
Went in for a blood test without an appointment & was taken within 10 minutes & the nurse administering the blood test was very kind and friendly and very professional. One time with the needle & we were done. As painless as can be for that type of test. She did an excellent job . . . 👏 👍
I gave one start because I had too. If you want any kind of compassion or care, don't go here. They are awful. Be mindful that it says they close at 8pm and they tell you that they take their last patient back at 7:30 but that is not true. I checked in at 7:20 and they refused to see me. They literally had one patient and said they were too busy. I needed to sit in their waiting area to get a virtual visit and I was asked to leave. I came to the office 7:30 to be seen and the lady the reception said they can’t see me.because I should come early. Don’t mind the place is closed at eight and I arrived at 7:30.
