Helpful staff. Kiosk is easy to use.
Doctor & nurses were so friendly, personable, & helpful. Thankful that I was able to get help in such a great & calm environment. From check in to the end of my visit was very convenient & smooth.
Brought my 12 year daughter in for a chest x-ray to rule out pneumonia after being directed to by the Minute Clinic clinician. Receptionist was extremely rude and said “we don’t just do x-rays” I said I understood and had been sent here and explained the situation. She said they won’t do it without an exam which I said no problem. I was then told they cannot do an exam because she already had one and they “won’t get paid”. She said come back tomorrow. I went with two medical problems and they told me they are an urgent care and can knly handke one problem?!
Went yesterday with 10:30 appointment. Drove 10 miles. Went for blocked ear flush. Attendant said the flushing bottles were broken for a while. Can’t do procedure. St Clair is my go to place. Didn’t seem to be a good response. Never heard of plastic surgery squirt bottles that could not be replaced quickly. Had the feeling they didn’t want to do the procedure. This was my first visit to urgent care. Wanted to stay with St. Clair. I will continue. Things happen.
