Because of St. Clair Travel and the unprofessional way they handle business, I will NEVER recommend this business or even go through a travel agency myself ever again. Honestly, I am a better travel agent that the owner of this business. To NOT offer insurance to our flights, hand us off to other workers in the office, and to speak to my mother rudely when we book the trip in the first place, should have been our first clue. We have used St. Clair Travel many times over the years. We would never go anywhere else. Very professional and courteous! Paid attention to every detail of every trip we ever booked with them. Highly recommend them!
So my husband and I decided to have a destination wedding in Jan 2017. We thought booking with a travel agency would be the easiest part of planning our wedding, come to find out it was the most stressful part of the whole wedding planning.
