If I could give 0 stars I would. Do not get a storage unit here, there is never anyone in office when you show up. When you call, customer service can’t take a payment over the phone. They charge you hundreds of dollars in late fees, when it’s their fault that you can’t make the payment. I went there yesterday within posted time for hours no one was there, I called customer service and they tried reaching out to the Pottsville location because Pottsville is helping manage the st Clair location, no one answered them. I was rented a sheltered space through the customer care over the phone and then when I went to the office to finish paperwork and was shown where I was to park my pop-up camper and it wasn't a sheltered space I was informed there was none available so I am waiting for the difference in charge to be credited so customer care was wrong with their information and I was stuck with an unsheltered outside storage unit or go somewhere else
Nice clean units. Super easy to get one in a pinch.
