Do not waste your time. All receptionists are rude, disrespectful and very bad with customer service. From barely answering the phone to when they do they severely lack customer service, and easily will either put you on and off hold with no warning or hang up on you. They don’t care at all, they will simply just tell you to go and find another dr as a new patient. Do not waste your time. All receptionists are rude, disrespectful and very very bad with customer service. From barely answering the phone to when they do they lack customer service, and easily will either hang up on you or they tell you to go and find another dr as a new patient. Unfortunately for the dr that’s the front line and representatives he has for his office. I was told by so many others not to bother joining his practice but since it’s my local I did. I regret it for sure now. Stay far away.
