I like the dentist and the staff. Have been a patient for many years.
Great experience here! The hygienist Ruth was very gentle, and Dr. Veronica explained everything about the procedure I had done so clearly. Loved that insurance was billed directly at the clinic which made things so easy. Thank you again!
I have been a patient of St. Clair Family Dental for many years. The staff is friendly, welcoming and professional, and the clinic is clean and modern. My dentist and hygienist are gentle, thorough, and take their time answering all my questions. I feel completely comfortable and well cared for when I am there. I highly recommend this dental office.
If you rely on benefits to cover your dental, do not go here. Horrific customer service. Not capable in managing or checking employee benefits. Expect them to: - Cancel appointments without notice - Book appointments before you're covered - Perform services that aren't covered before checking/informing you first - Incorrectly submit benefits that require you to personally resubmit on their behalf while they chase you for payment - After asking for my dental records, they took it to mean that I and my wife were leaving, so th... read more
