Bolt has a host of problems. Every single time I go, there's an issue with the gate and I have to call to get then to remotely open it. Today, we couldn't get anyone on the phone and ended up stuck inside for a long while waiting for them to answer the phone. There is also the issue of things getting wet and molding in the units. We moved from a large unit to a smaller one, and both had this issue. For as much as they charge, you would think they would be able to get a handle on some issues.
