I had to jump on here and add that these apartments sold in November of 2018, if I recall correctly. They're now being managed by Jacob Grant Property Management. When sold, the south end was also sold to a separate owner and I don't believe Jacob Grant manages that last section.. but I'm not 100% sure on that. I moved into these apartments in 2010 and am posting this in 2024, I have lived here a long time! I believe longer than any of the other current tenants, I have seen many changes while living here. Property managers are abrasive and dishonest. I do not recommend these apartments as you are not treated appopriately. They are only being greedy since new owner took over. They throw you out to raise rent it is not secure housing.
