Website and recording when you call says they're open until 10pm. When we got there at 8:45pm there was a sign saying they lock the doors at 9:30pm or lock the doors early if they've reached capacity. Wouldn't even answer the phone, there was only 2 other cars in the lot. If you're there to help kids, then why would you lock doors way earlier than closing time?

terrible service! The office is open from 10 am to 10 pm. I arrived with my child at 9:15 pm. no one opened the door for me. they didn't even answer. I called the number on the website and they told me that they have an influx of clients and they are no longer accepting anyone today!!!! did you take the Hippocratic oath? How do you have the conscience to call yourself a children's emergency room if you don't provide help to CHILDREN?!!!! oh yes, they also spoke so rudely on the phone so that we would leave as soon as possibl... read more
