I checked in at 12:45 and was told the wait time was around 45 minutes. It's now been almost 2 hours, and people that came in after me are going in before me. When I asked the gal what's going on she said you can go online and schedule the time you plan to arrive, so the wait is much shorter. What is the purpose for having a "Walk-in" clinic, if other people who know information that I've never been made aware of, have very short waits, and get in before me. It sucks! wait times are outrages and no communication to the patients that have been waiting 2+ hours. Go to Redmond if you can.
I want this place to be good...so we don't have to drive 45mins for proper care...So I am hoping someone who cares about patients reads this. I went to urgent care twice...the first time they told me I had a virus...prescribed me some over the counter cough "droplets" and sent me on my way...A week later I came back because I was experiencing shortness of breath, trouble breathing, fever for nearly 4 days, and a cough like I have never experienced.
