All the staff at St Charles Rehab are so friendly, make you feel so warm, especially Danielle Bifolco, she did an amazing job on you. She is a healer. I would recommend anyone to go to her. She is a miracle worker.
They are a great team trying everything they can to make me feel better.
Treatment fell short of this facility's reputation. Therapists and assistants were generally inattentive, not closely monitoring patients, nor receptive to questions. The office did not stay on top of insurance authorization, so treatment was abruptly stopped with no follow-up or explanation to the patient.
