The technician and nurse that performed my pulmonary tests were both fantastic. Very nice and informative. The gentleman at the front desk was pleasant and helpful. Even danced in his chair a bit to some "i can see clearly now" playing quietly in the background. The pulmonologist and nurse were both very professional and informative. I felt comfortable at the clinic and my asthma issues were promptly addressed with medicine and what to expect. 10/10 would recommend to anyone.
I called to ask questions about establishing care for my elderly mother, who I am moving to Bend. The receptionist, Maddy, was extremely short with me, dismissive, and at one point was rude and interrupted me. She does not represent your practice well, and should not be a front-liner for potential new clients. I'm considering walking away from what I hoped would be a great pulmonology and cardiology care team for my mother.
