9/4/25 around 12:30 pm I went to ER for flank pain possibly of kidney infection I had CT Joe was very helpful and kind telling me every step. He made the experience so easy. My male nurse did a great IV needle was caring. The front desk was very welcoming like I was at a hotel. The MD female was warm and welcoming. Thank you for your care that's what a widow needs. I landed in the ER last night with severe pain and discomfort due to an infection. I could not be happier with the emergency room. The front desk, nurses and doctor were so friendly and kind. They also addressed my issues with urgency. I’m so thankful that I was able to have such a great team last night. Thank you Prineville ER!
One nurse was very nice other male nurse super rude no bedside manner did not like us asking any questions what so ever I informed them that my daughter could not have gluten or dairy they acted like I shouldn't talk or speak up about her severe allergic reaction it's a very serious reaction and her medicine should be looked at before administering her meds will not be going back
Front check lady, was rude, I told her I was very sick with a stomach virus, for 3 days still waited over 2.5 hours. Very negative feel to this facility
Been in there lots with my mom. In my opinion they are a joke. They don't understand my mom's rare conditions so they write her off. I will never ever go here. I'm literally scared to death to.
