I had a wonderful experience! Called them after seeing their truck on the street one day- they gave me a bid over the phone. Unfortunately the outside faucet was still winterized when they came, but the workers were really friendly and did not mind rescheduling. I am expecting and they were extremely kind about moving the patio furniture themselves, cleaning it, the house, walkway, and front and back porch. 10/10 best power washing company in town. Polite, honest & reliable is a hard combo to find but you’ll be pleased to find all 3 represented in St. Charles Power Washing. I’m a huge fan of their soft power washing and highly recommended their services.
Joe the owner came out to give us a bid and he was on our job few days later. I couldn't be more happier than there service and the job they do. The person that answers the phone is the wife of owner..she was really professional and our job required for someone to come to the house to give us a bid. This family owned business earned me a sparkly house and my respect. They came out on time and did the service quickly. Joe, the owner, was warm and explained everything. He redid a spot I saw without any trouble or attitude. I was very impressed! With the right tools they got the job done saving me precious time. Thanks guys!!
