Never moved in, just looked around.. first thing I noticed at the front door is the horrible paint job. Second thing I noticed is the horrible paint job inside the apartment and dead roaches on the floor, how dirty the refrigerator was.... how handles were missing on the closet doors.... property owner is terrible n property manager is nice... FIX your place n make sure your tenants have a nice place to live n dont be a judgemental property owner....
Lived there for 2 years. Horrible place. These apartments are the slums of Saint Charles. Cockroaches were a constant problem. Landlord as been cited multiple times by the city but would rather pay the fines then fix his apartments. These apartments need to be demolished by the city of Saint Charles!
This place is seriously the last resort to move in if you are in immediate need of shelter. This place is a hand down 0! I lived here for some time to review it. First the place is rotting the ceiling in the bathrooms are all dirty and pieces fall down it’s brown and so ugly. When we moved in there was dead cockroaches everywhere we had a massive cockroach infestation. We managed to kill all of them until a year later they came back. Are you looking for a bad place? There is nothing worse than this. There is no heating. The washing machine does not work. The office treatment is not good. You will pay $200 for the sticker. Park the car.
