Are you looking for a bad place? There is nothing worse than this. There is no heating. The washing machine does not work. The office treatment is not good. You will pay $200 for the sticker. Park the car.
We applied here, and was shown an apartment. Front door to the building had broken windows, bathroom window had a massive wasp nest in it. The woman in the office was very nice. When we called back about signing the lease, the fellow that was in the office (VJ, I believe) was incredibly rude. Informed us that we needed to bring twice the amount agreed upon when we signed the lease. Apparently the GIANT sign outside the office stating 'First Minth Free'is a lie. Sooo glad we rented elsewhere.
i lived here as a kid up until I moved out It feels like i'm living in district 9, bugs everywhere drugs and drunks terrible living. STAY AWAY.
