I'm the 3rd person in my family to have a surgery w Dr.Chen, and we all can't say enough great things about his skill, phenomenal bedside manner, and knowledge. He is truly the best in the business!! I'm 2 days post op and feeling great after C6-C7 fusion. He really put me at ease and my parents agreed, we would never let anyone other than Dr.Chen operate on us. Thank you, Dr.Chen for giving us our life back and being the best there is!!
I have only seen Dr Chen twice & his PA heather once, but so far I feel like I am in good hands going forward. Dr Chen really spends a lot of time explaining every detail of an MRI or xray report/images and beyond that. He shows google images to better paint the picture of what could be happening beneath the surface of your issues. Dr. Chen and his PA Heather are 2 of the most incredible people in the healthcare industry. I have been a patient for 2 years now and will continue to be and have been treated with nothing but top tier care since day 1. Dr. Chens' office is amazing. From doc Chen himself to Heather and Joanne. They make you feel comfortable and secure during such a critical and confusing time. This office deserves recognition. I just had to offer my gratitude.
Dr. Chen is an awesome surgeon. Did C4 C5 on my neck infusion and I am 100% better no more tingling and numbness in my left arm as soon as I was out of surgery I highly recommend him.
