Im a bit confused. I have waited for a provider service for now 2 weeks and i was told that one will start today between 9am till 2pm. No one called nor showed to her place. When i called today a gentleman said that they are closed and he would have someone call me tomorrow. This is unacceptable. If you are closed why not just say that. I went to work thinking i had nothing to worry about and now im leaving my job to rush her to the er because she hasn’t had anything to eat nor her medication.
