We were only here for an appointment that we had to go through the emergency room to get there. I understand that there was confusion for the patients name but the person who checked us in the lady is very rude and unprofessional. She used no mannerisms whatsoever and was very disrespectful towards my family and I. She also showed bad manners towards her coworkers and did not say please or thank you at all. My daughter went by transportation but ended up getting stranded there overnight till I could pick her up. They were very friendly and understanding..they kept her safe and the staff were sweet.
I was seen for a severe allergy attack leading to an Asthma attack. I was taken back immediately and treated well by all the staff. I was able to go home after only one hour.
I want to start this off by saying that most of the staff was amazing. They took my concerns seriously, saw me as quickly as possible, and were very friendly. One nurse in particular though was very rude to me. I had two nurses come in to teach me how to use an inhaler (I have never had to use one before), right off the bat this male nurse was acting very weird towards me saying things like “oh you’re trying hard to be sick,” while they were teaching me to use the inhaler properly I messed up the first two times, on my secon... read more
My confidence has been restored in the Madras Medical staff. What a wonderful group of medical staffing they have built here @ the madras St. Charles hospital. Really are well equipped to take on any challenge that is thrown there way, Im really happy to be getting out of here and I'm not going out in the cold not prepared.
