RecommendedNever had a bad experience here. I definitely do not like bmc so this is my go to place.
Worst receptionists in Bend OR. I was recommended this place from a friend who said the doctors where great but I will never know. I had to walk out because of such a lack in professionalism at the front desk.
Today was my 3rd time coming in and everyone was caring and great communicators. I appreciate their care and will come back (but hopefully not too soon! �)
Have had 3 trips here with three different loved ones and have been treated so well buy the staff. St. Charles ER should take a few notes.
They are an in an out urgent care. It's not for chronic illnesses. Staff is friendly.

I think it's not okay when someone goes in for chronic migraines and the nurse practitioner says "makes me worry it's a tumor" that is the worst bedside manor ever you don't say that to a patient ever horrible experience I've ever had there
St. Charles is the worst in health care. Plain and simple.
