We recently had an amazing experience with Nurse Kelly, Social worker Heather, and Chaplain Dawn. They were all very helpful during a difficult time for family. My mother in law was diagnosed with a terminal cancer and passed only 2 weeks later. They were very quick to set everything up. Dawn came out on a Sunday night late when needed to sit by my side and provide support. The whole team was professional from start to finish. I am forever grateful for all they did for us.
Not a very good experience from the start to getting bills for the services they supposedly provided. It doesn’t help when I call multiple times and don’t get a live person when I call.
Just got off the phone with a very rude unprofessional lady. The website was unclear so I made a call to talk to someone with At Home Health. She was very snobby and rude to me when I asked for a clarification on their services and laughed about the situation. I would definitely recommend any other company before I would even consider calling them. I would not trust anyone’s life with someone this rude.
