St. Charles Hospice was serving our mother in her final days in Sunriver, and then there was a nearby forest fire. Even at a Level 1 (get ready), they refused to come out due to a company policy. We spent more than three days without care, even as all businesses remained open, local kids had soccer practice, and the PGA had a golf tournament. It was not acceptable.
