I’m disgusted with the treatment we recently received in the ED. I understand it gets busy, however they were trying to rush my medically complex toddler out without proper consideration of his medical history or listening to what we had to say (even though we were there by recommendation of his pediatrician), took his diaper off leaving him naked in the hallway in front of a bunch of strangers and was extremely rude when we expressed concerns. I’m so disappointed in the triage experience.
Seriously, I had an excellent experience at St. Charles Hospital. My elderly mother took a fall. First she was transported to the emergency room. They were great. Then, she was moved to the second floor, Intermediate Care Dept. She stayed there for about 5 nights. I will just say that my mother was given nothing by EXCELLENT care from the entire nursing staff. We worked with about 4-5 nurses during the whole time she was there and they were both amazing and caring. Thank you so much to your entire medical staff. Christine
Don't go to St Charles in Bend, unless you're going there to die! My mother in law has been left laying in the ER for 18 hours. They told us 16 hours ago they were going to admit her for further testing after a small stroke. Yes, she is fully insured and been left unattended!
I am currently in the ER right now and once again got stuck with Dr. Rosenberg! HE SUCKS TO SAY THE LEAST!! I have had Dr. Rosenberg several times in the ER for chest pain (Congestive Heart Failure), DVT (Blood Clots) and so much more. Every single time I have ended up with this doctor it has been an absolute nightmare! HE DOES NOT CARE ABOUT THE PATIENTS AND HIS BEDSIDE MANNER IS ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!!
