St. Charles doesn't care about their patients. They don't take complaints seriously. They refuse to provide documentation of any sort of follow-up regarding complaints. They rarely retuen phone calls. I could have died and othera probably have and still will... they only care about covering their own ass. Have tried repeatedly to get documentation and they will not provide it. Wonder why.
Have been on the phone for two hours today being redirected by the financial office to a million different clinics. They didnt send me a financial aid letter or forward to any of their partners, resulting in a debt collection for a visit that was 100% covered by financial assitance. The complete lack of communication is appalling. Would rather drive to redmond to get hospital care than ever return to this absolute mess of a hospital.
I am very disappointed with the bedside manor and the attitudes of the nurses at this hospital. Mostly the night shift. I was visiting a dying friend and was there with 6 other people. Some that had just arrived and was told to leave, in a very rude and unprofessional manor by a nurse named Hope. I had been there most of the day and watched almost every nurse that walked in that room, roll their eyes, scoff, and look at each other like it was such a burden that they had to do their jobs. Best care ever! The specialists, doctors, nurses, certified nurses aids and all the staff were so kinda, caring and genuine. They gave my dad the best care he could have asked for. Thank you all. Can not express how lucky we are to have had you all.
I had surgery today. I believe my RN’s name in the surgery prep room was Tracy. She was amazing and I don’t think I could’ve had a better RN. Thank you Tracy for making me feel comfortable and also having that bit of “humor” I needed. The whole surgery team and all the nurses that helped out were amazing as well. Thank you St. Charles.
