The very worst experience ever! The nurses were very vague, non responsive, I don't know where most of them received their training, but absolutely no bed side manner or sympathy. My son was in extreme pain and when he pushed the call button it literally took them a half an hour to come to the room. I had to actually call a couple of times to get some sort of response, and they were almost like an omg, like they were being bothered. I know being a nurse is not easy, but seriously don't do this as a career if you cannot help ... read more
So my brother came here for surgery on his knee and the staff was just horrible. He would wake up screaming and it took over 30 minutes for them to even come into the room. My mother called one night to tell them he was suicidal and the nurse laughed about it on the phone. He was released when he couldn’t maneuver at all without screaming in pain and they didn’t even tell us he was released. They didnt give us a walker or a wheelchair. Tiffany was my Pre-op nurse on 6/6 and she was fantastic. She made me feel welcomed and showed she really cares about her patients. She made the wait go by so fast because we were talking pretty much the whole time. Jane was my main post op nurse and she was amazing as well. She check in on me frequently and expressed concern with how much pain I was in. All around everyone was incredibly nice.
The ER team here was absolutely incredible! They got me right in with no wait, Cheryl, Jessica and Dr. Nate were phenomenal, they truly helped me in a caring and professional manner, and I am grateful that I went to them when I did!!
