MY husband was sick and in pain,we are weren't sure what was happening.we went into ER The nurse and er doctor were amazing. They saved his life, and they ordered test and their findings showed his heart was struggling. We never suspected his heart,they ended up putting a stent in,he's recovering and we are so very thankful for all the nurses and doctors at St Charles
Been to this ER several times for severe injury or medical emergency each time I’ve waited OVER AN HOUR to be triaged and an additional 2 HOURS to be seen. This place is a joke. If your life depends on it go ANYWHERE ELSE. Staff is not treated well leading to poor cleaning and facilities upkeep, poor patient treatment and outcomes. On two separate occasions dried blood or other bodily fluids were present on chairs/work surfaces. NP’s attending to two separate patients without gloves changes or hand washing. The billing office pretends not to hear me and hangs up on me immediately every time I call in.
The ladys is at the front desk that answer the phone need an attitude adjustment. terrible experience
