I saw Dr. Lilley for my IT band issues and it continues to be a complete waste of time and money. I brought my MRI from 2 years ago and explained in depth that issue persists exactly as it had, even thought the MRI cleared for any damage in my knee. Despite this, Dr. Lilley spent a few minutes going through the usual motions any PT or Doctor would and even as I passed all the tests for MCL, ACL, meniscus, etc., he said I needed ANOTHER MRI because mine was from 2 years ago, and not 1. I would love to share this, we’ve had both of our kids at St.Charles for delivery. The entire staff has gone above and beyond taking care of us and making our experience safe and positive. The doctors, nurses, and all support staff have been exemplary. They’ve respected our birthing plan as well and will work with whatever plan you choose. Incredible team!
Kenzie has been the most caring and empathetic person ive know in the nursing field she is also very knowledgable and the hospital is truly losting a good and valued person
On February 1st I was admitted to St. Charles, Bend with a stroke. A nurse in the Emergency Department was not helpful. When she handed me the non-skid socks I put the first one on and asked for help with the other one she said no I had to learn to do it myself. Later on when she took me to the bathroom, she had me in the middle of the room and ready to leave when I asked her to roll me oven closer to the toilet so I could use the grab bar.
