The worst company ever to receive home Health care from. Imelda used to be the only person who understood my dad’s condition until she was changed. we got the most horrible case manager currently who doesn’t seem to give 2 cents about my dad’s health now. We’ll be switching agencies if my dad’s former case manager isn’t brought back. We pay so much for insurance and we have a bad case manager assigned. No supplies, no empathy, no concerns. Where do I start, the front line nurses are awesome, but their coordinator's are negligent. I've had missed nursing visits, multiple doctors ordering labs only for the dispatcher to claim they didn't receive the faxes, after showing a nurse the physical copy of one of the labs, they took my blood, only for the results to not make it to the ordering doctor. Everyone very professional! I was having a terrible experience trying to get my wife ostomy bag to stop leaking. This company came out the day we called and taught us better methods to secure my wife’s bag. They also did a blood draw and only had to stick my wife one time. My wife is a very difficult stick. We love it ! Thanks so much
They dont send the caregiver/cna out as discussed. They dont give you a schedule on when to expect for OT/PT , nurse, cna that suppose to show up but never shows up nor give a curtesy call letting my mother know that the providers (ot/pt, nurse, cna) will not be coming . You literally are left out not knowing whats going on you have to call them and when you call them they just transfer you back and forth with no explanation they only promise to call you back but never do. I've been a patient for a week now and they haven't reached out to me they did reach out to my wife and told her they would call me to set up a time for a nurse to come see me but they did not do that.
