I have been calling and directed to a voice mail to leav messages for a nurse in Cardiology. No one has ever returned my call. Finally got ahold of them on my chart and they say they dont have a voice mail!!! Also they diagnosed me with a valve problem a nerve bundle problem and hreat cancer.......... they six months later was told it was just an over read on all 5 tests, oops. So if you feel like rolling the dice, this might be the place for you.
What the hell. You tell us to be here at 645 am and then you dont even open until 7am. You had one job and you couldnt wven do that right.
They don't answer the phones for appointments. You can leave a message and they say they will call you back. It's been several days and no call back. This is healthcare in Bend, OR in 2026!
I'm a nurse just don't go here
There service to patients is subpar and almost make your health worse by going there. Very disrespectful staff. Get it together SCHS.
