I had high hopes because of the google reviews, but I was wrong. I got there 15 minutes early and no other patients were in the office. 40 minutes go by (25 min after my appointment time) and I finally get let in. The front desk person had a child watching TV behind the counter and food being delivered. I should have known the lack of professionalism to come… I finally go back they take my yearly X-rays and they are TERRIBLE. (So bad that the new dentist I went to had to retake them). Dr. St. Charles is a fantastic dentist, kind, friendly, and always thorough. He genuinely cares and takes the time to make sure everything is understood and done with care. Every visit is a great experience, from the receptionists to the technicians. The entire staff at St. Charles Dentistry is wonderful. They make me feel comfortable, heard, and well taken care of. I won’t go anywhere else. Highly recommend!
